Materials Consumption:

For each cubic meter of grout required, allow approximately 1750kg or 70 of 25 Kg bags

Application Process:

Substrate preparation

The surface should be clean and free from oil, grease, dust, and other contaminants. Dry and porous substrates should be dampened prior to application of Ducem Grout NS recommended to apply the bonding agent Dubond SBR Latex to enhance adhesion strength.

Mixing

The recommended amount of water should be measured and poured into the mixer. Slowly add Bostik NS Grout SP (High Strength) and mix continuously for about 5 minutes using a hand-held or mechanical mixer until a uniform paste is achieved, ensuring the mix is free from lumps.
