Ducon Training Institute is a learning and development center for construction chemicals. It is a separate part or division of Ducon Construction Chemicals Industries Ltd, Bangladesh. which is the leading manufacturer of high-performance professional construction chemical products for building construction. We offer a range of performance construction chemicals, including admixtures, grouts, and anchors; repair mortars; bonding agents; adhesives; flooring coatings; curing and sealing compounds; dry shake floor hardeners; joint fillers, sealants, densifiers, waterproofing, repair, epoxy and PU floor coatings, and other products used in residential, commercial, and industrial applications. “Ducon Training Institute” is a non-profit knowledge-building platform. Here we trained in construction chemicals, waterproofing, epoxy-polyurethane flooring, and related products and applications. It’s also an HR development and recruitment centre in Bangladesh.
We are offering
- Six days of basic products and applications training about epoxy-PU floor coating, waterproofing, heat proofing, joint sealant, crack repair, concrete repair and retrofitting, floor hardeners, concrete admixtures, and many other related construction chemicals.
- Three Days of basic coaching on Concrete Admixtures and Mix Design.
- Three days of hands-on coaching about epoxy-PU floor coating application. Only those who complete the Basic Course can attend this mid-level on-the-job training. Training covers floor preparation, floor crack repair, first coat, top coat, project management, leadership, supervisor and mentor, personal development process, best service, and quality achievement.
- Leadership quality build-up (two days): We are operating the leadership quality build-up and its implementation.
- Two days Epoxy and Pu floor coating Application: advanced-level hands-on coaching.
- Three-day waterproofing application training: cementitious, acrylic, bituminous, and pu-based waterproofing products application advanced hands-on coaching.
- 3D metallic epoxy floor coating, metallic epoxy PU floor coating, stamp concrete, tabletop, countertop, river table, epoxy ornament, etc. training in a single day.
- Digital Marketing Training: We coach our product sellers about digital marketing, both online and offline.
