Step 1: Surface Assessment
Before we start, we ensure your floor is perfectly prepared. We verify that moisture levels are below 5% RH and perform a detailed inspection to identify and map out any cracks on surface. This ensures a long-lasting finish.
Step 2: Surface Preparation
To ensure the strongest bond, we mechanically prepare the concrete surface using professional grinding. We aim for a specific texture while removing all oil, grease, and dust to create a clean, solid foundation for your new floor.
Step 3: Crack & Defect Repair
We fix all concrete cracks with strong repair fillers. Next, our team seals every tiny hole for smoothness. This preparation prevents the floor from peeling later on. Then, we ensure the base is solid before coating.
Step 4: Primer Application
We apply a special primer to seal the concrete surface. Next, this layer helps the floor coating stick much better. It also prevents tiny air bubbles from ruining the finish. Then, we let the primer dry for about twelve hours. Finally, this step ensures your new floor stays perfectly smooth.
Step 5: Dupoxy SL Body Coat
