So, it is the leading manufacturer of high-performance professional construction chemical products for building construction. Also, we offer a range of performance construction chemicals, including admixtures, grouts, and anchors; repair mortars; bonding agents; adhesives; flooring coatings; curing and sealing compounds; dry shake floor hardeners; joint fillers and sealants; densifiers; waterproofing, repair, epoxy, and PU floor coatings; and other products used in residential, commercial, and industrial applications. “Ducon Training Institute” is a nonprofit knowledge-building platform. Moreover, we trained in construction chemicals, waterproofing, epoxy-polyurethane flooring, and related products and applications. So, it’s also an HR development and recruitment center in Bangladesh.

Basic Construction Chemicals Training (6 Days)
Comprehensive training on the basic products and applications of epoxy and PU floor coatings. In addition, waterproofing, heat proofing, joint sealants, crack repair, concrete repair and retrofitting, floor hardeners, concrete admixtures, and other related construction chemicals are covered. -
Concrete Admixtures & Mix Design Training (3 Days)
Basic coaching on different types of concrete admixtures, their functions, and proper concrete mix design with practical understanding. -
Epoxy & PU Floor Coating Hands-on Training – Mid Level (3 Days)
The institute provides basic, mid-level, and advanced courses including epoxy-PU flooring, waterproofing, and concrete admixtures, along with hands-on application coaching, project management, leadership development, and digital marketing for product sellers

Decorative Flooring & Epoxy Art Training (1 Day)
Intensive one-day training on 3D metallic epoxy flooring, metallic epoxy PU flooring, stamped concrete. In addition, tabletops, countertops, river tables, epoxy ornaments, and other decorative epoxy applications are covered. -
Professional Application & Overseas Work Training Program (15–30 Days)
Professional training on epoxy floor coating and waterproofing. In addition, other construction chemical application services are included for workers interested in working in Bangladesh and abroad. -
