Step 1: Base Preparation

Step 2: Levelling & Compaction

Step 3: Initial Surface Floating

Next, We perform initial floating using a power trowel floater. This step smooths the concrete surface and prepares it for DUTOP 100 application. Correct timing is important because it ensures proper material absorption and stronger surface performance after finishing.

Step 4: Dry Shake Application

Next, we broadcast DUTOP 100 evenly across the fresh concrete surface in two stages. The material absorbs moisture and forms a wear-resistant layer. Therefore, the floor becomes more abrasion-resistant, dust-proof, and suitable for industrial working environments with heavy traffic.

Step 5: Power Trowel Finishing

After the floor hardener absorbs moisture and darkens uniformly, finish the surface using a power trowel machine. Multiple troweling passes create a dense, smooth, and uniform finish. Depending on requirements, the surface can be finished in a matt, semi-gloss, or smooth industrial texture.

Step 6: Curing & Final Protection
