Application Process

Before applying Duprime 200, make sure the concrete surface is clean, dry, and structurally sound. Remove all dust, oil, grease, loose particles, and other contaminants that could affect adhesion. Repair any cracks or damaged areas, then prepare the surface by grinding or shot blasting to create a strong bonding profile. Mix the resin and hardener thoroughly with a low-speed mixer until the material becomes smooth and uniform. Apply the primer evenly using a squeegee or roller, ensuring complete surface coverage. For porous or moisture-prone concrete, a second coat may be required. Allow the primer to cure fully before applying the epoxy flooring or protective topcoat.
